The future bride is the daughter of Daniel and Carol J. Hoelscher of Teutopolis. The future groom is the son of John and Natalie Stout of St. Elmo, IL.
Grandparents of the future bride are Virgil and Ann Kingery of Effingham, and Mary Hoelscher of Teutopolis and the late Edward Hoelscher.
Grandparents of the future groom are Albert and Janice Niemeyer of St. Elmo, and Gloria Stout of Greenville, IL and the late Donald Stout.
The future bride is a 2010 graduate of Teutopolis High School and a 2014 and 2016 graduate from Eastern Illinois University with Bachelors degrees in English and Psychology and a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling. She is employed as a mental health counselor at Life Links, Mattoon, IL.
The future groom is a 2010 graduate from St. Elmo High School and a 2014 graduate from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Music Education and will graduate in 2019 with Masters degree in music education. He is employed as a music teacher at South Side School, Effingham.
An October 27th wedding is planned at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Teutopolis.
